Change

You have the right of exchange for orders that have not yet been delivered. If your order is in the preparation stage, please contact us at (0212) 270 14 05 and we will try to help you. Changes cannot be made to your orders that are in the delivery stage.

Refund

If the status of your order is in the preparation stage, you can cancel it by contacting us at (0212) 270 14 05. If the status of your product is at the delivery stage or delivery status, cancellation cannot be made.

When it comes to the return of your order, the return process is carried out for your products that are delivered to us on the same day, complete and undamaged. Products delivered to us outside the same day or missing or damaged products are not accepted.

The return process is initiated upon receipt of the returned product. In cases where the returned product complies with the return conditions of our company, a refund is made to your credit card by Sarı Frezya. The product price is reflected on your credit card as a plus balance within 10 business days depending on your bank. This process depends entirely on your bank, Sarı Frezya has no right to intervene.
