CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order and completed the payment process, you will be notified by e-mail that your order has been confirmed.

Your delivery will be made between 09.00-19.00 every day of the week, including all public holidays. If you have any other request, please contact us at (0212) 270 14 05 and we will try to help you.

Your order will be prepared specially for you in the closest shape in the image and will be delivered within the date and time interval you specify.

You must place your orders that you want to be delivered between 09.00-13.00 hours at least 1 day before the delivery date. 

There is no same day delivery option for orders placed after 13.00. If you have a different request, please contact us at (0212) 270 14 05 and we will try to help you.

In case of any delay in the delivery time, the ordering party will definitely be informed.

Delivery can be made to all regions within Istanbul.
